Developed at our first restaurant in Forked River shortly after we opened in 2006. We coat them
with our mild wing dust, smoke them in our "Southern Pride" smoker for 3 hours and then deep fry
them for a short time, just to make them crispy before serving. If you want, you can also get them
"cold" and finish in your own oven 20 - 30 minutes @350 - 400) or on the grill.
**Finished temperature should be 165 or more!
