Well, Sunday the 28th of June was our last day serving in Bayville, since the owner of Friendly's Bar & Grill decided that we weren't doing well enough to continue doing business at his location. Since we didn't have a written contract (my bad!!) It just wasn't worth the "fight" to stay there anyhow. I think that in spite of the terrible economy and the quite negative reputation of Friendly's Bar, we've been steadily picking up new customers as well as big catering events. I've already heard from lots of you who are perhaps even more disappointed than I am, so hopefully you'll follow us, first back to our original location in Forked River and eventually to our own place. We're actively searching for another location, but with such short notice, it'll probably take some time. In the meantime, The "Shack" at Forked River is only 7 miles South on Rt.9, right next to the really good Shark Finn Inn (much nicer than Friendly's Bar) and along side of the Forked River Pharmacy.
